- Daily practices to help you raise your Psychic & Spiritual Awareness
- Basic protection and grounding techniques

Upon satisfactory completion of the course, if you are local to Debbie A. Anderson you would be invited to take to continue by taking the 5 week Spiritual Explorer Classes.
- Notepad and pen-yes you will be making notes;
- An item that you know the history on that is small enough to place in an envelope.
- An open heart & mind.
- Allocated ½ hr break for lunch (not provided).
