I just love it when spirit guides their words through me, especially when it is to do with the Vibrational Energy Blog.  I am sure on a deeper level, that this is not really their true vibrational intent in the sense of the word, but when they start to communicate with me, things that I need to be reminded about, then I am happy to share the wisdom to help everyone.  After all, we are all here on Earth to learn.

The epiphany they gave me this morning, when I did my usual “check-in” with them, was to always remember to live in the KNOW not the NOW.

Okay, so what does that mean?

Let’s equate it to my world -yes, it is all about me, just as it should all be all about you in your world.

Being in the KNOW, if I use the simplest example, is quite easy.  We KNOW we have to arrive at work on time.  We KNOW we have to eat.  We KNOW not to put our hand into the flames of a fire, and so on.  These small mundane human instances will, hopefully, put everything into perspective.

Seriously, when we have to get to work on time, we plan ahead.  Judge the traffic, the time of the day, or ensure we have our lunch ready.  We know what to wear, and how to get there.  It is similar to forward planning, those with small children usually master this because it is the only way to keep things in perspective, something we do this many times every day.

Whereas living in the NOW, is the panic that sets in when we forgot to set our alarm clock for that “wake up” call – literally.

It is the reaction instead of the response.  It is the knee jerk way in which we sometimes live part of our lives, and yes, I am human, so this is a level playing field we are talking about.  Ergo, we ALL do it!!  Sometimes less than others, but for that nanosecond we sometimes forget the “KNOW” part of our vibrational spirit is there, still keeping the balance.  It is the “I” that chooses to go into the “NOW”-yes, it is our own free will ...ouch.  I use that word, because we all KNOW that it hurts us, or others, or both.  We feel bad inside, and it can, in many cases, spoil our day, relationship or even our life.... IF WE LET IT!

Okay, you say, “easy for her to be so spiritual, my life is different”.  REALLY?  Sorry, but if you truly believe this then you need to wake up and smell the coffee!  We are all human, we live and survive on this Earth plane, and yes, it is not always easy.  I agree, even I am tested, sometimes it feels like, every single minute of every single day!  But how else would I learn?

Start with baby steps with the things you do KNOW.  Before you react to a situation, step aside and take in a deep breath, count to 5 and slowly release it.  Many I know already do this.  So, let me explain to those that don’t do it yet.  What you are doing, without even realizing it is connecting with the vibrational energy that links you back to the source.  The “source” being whatever you attune yourself to, be it God, Allah, Buddha, Goddess – you know who you unite with in the Universal realms.  It is that inner vibrational guidance that is the KNOW.  It is the KNOW that ensures we cannot find our car keys, when we are rushing to go somewhere, only to discover later that an accident occurred and it could have been us.  Reflect back to recently, when a helicopter crashed into a crane in London, England.  If the crane driver had been on time that day, he would have almost definitely been injured if not killed.  I don’t know him personally, but I am quite sure he and his family are counting their blessings and will continue to do so for quite some time.

Remember, we are not here to be perfect, because I conclude that if we had reached that higher echelon we would no longer be here on Earth.  We would have achieved and learned all the lessons we came to do and will, in my words, be going back “home”.

So, thrive to be a vibrational being and try to live in your KNOW as much as you possibly can!
