Late one evening I was reflecting on my day and if I had been vibrationally in sync with everything I had done. Was I on the right track with my work in that moment? I have to share, this is not a question I ask myself on a regular basis, so I considered that as it had come into my mind, perhaps there was something that shifted in me in that moment. I sat for a few minutes to reflect upon my perception of that day and what it meant to me and why was I questioning it? I try to share with everyone, that when we get thoughts like this to tap into it in the “now” moment. Maybe I needed to be aware of something that spirit were trying to share, but I was too busy to acknowledge it. Life can be demanding, we get engaged in it, and so we should. So for me, I just sat for an instant to contemplate. I knew I felt good about what I had achieved, so that is where I put my thoughts to rest. It was then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw a tiny piece of paper floating down to the floor, just a few feet from my desk. I bent down in curiosity and picked it up. The message was from a fortune cookie I must have saved. It said “others see you as a wise person”. So, there in a nano instant, spirit had sent me a clear message. If anyone has ever been in my office and seen my desk you will know that it is a place where all positive pieces of paper are housed, abandoned if you like. So when I am working at my laptop, when I look out at the wall I am seeing images of positive vibrations staring back at me. But how did it float up above me, across the room behind my chair? I concluded this could have only been sent from heaven, so in my acceptance of receiving the message I thanked spirit for reminding me that I am on track. Next time you start to wonder about yourself, your perception of you, just step back and wait, because spirit will send you your own special message. Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson Today, being April Fool’s day will have many of us enjoying playing pranks in a light hearted way. But let’s step back from our modern day aspect because in ancient cultures April 1st was celebrating the beginning of a New Year... a fresh start... a clean sweep... and along with that, new opportunities. Even the Fool Card in Tarot depicts that they have relinquished responsibilities... let go... have the freedom to do what they want.... sort of like the wild card.... knowing that chances, opportunities are there if they just seek them out. So today, if you are to do anything, (other than having fun) take a moment to utilize this day (yes, all of it) to explore what vibrational possibilities are there opening up for you. Call it fate, destiny or just tapping into your spiritual vibration and venturing forward not being the Fool with your life. Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson Here are some spiritual outlooks on life by twelve different people. I was sent this by a friend so sadly don’t know who the writer is, so sharing this with you without credit. As I remind everyone, life is about perspective, each of us with our own viewpoint our own definition. After reading this I hope you will consider things a little differently, with an open mind and heart. Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson 1. Today, I interviewed my grandmother for part of a research paper I'm working on for my Psychology class. When I asked her to define success in her own words, she said, "Success is when you look back at your life and the memories make you smile." 2. Today, I asked my mentor - a very successful business man in his 70' s - what his top 3 tips are for success. He smiled and said, "Read something no one else is reading, think something no one else is thinking, and do something no one else is doing." 3.Today, after my 72 hour shift at the fire station, a woman ran up to me at the grocery store and gave me a hug. When I tensed up, she realized I didn't recognize her. She let go with tears of joy in her eyes and the most sincere smile and said, "On 9-11-2001, you carried me out of the World Trade Center ." 4.Today, after I watched my dog get run over by a car, I sat on the side of the road holding him and crying. And just before he died, he licked the tears off my face. 5.Today at 7AM, I woke up feeling ill, but decided I needed the money, so I went into work. At 3PM I got laid off. On my drive home I got a flat tire. When I went into the trunk for the spare, it was flat too. A man in a BMW pulled over, gave me a ride, we chatted, and then he offered me a job. I start tomorrow. 6.Today, as my father, three brothers, and two sisters stood around my mother's hospital bed, my mother uttered her last coherent words before she died. She simply said, "I feel so loved right now. We should have gotten together like this more often." 7.Today, I kissed my dad on the forehead as he passed away in a small hospital bed. About 5 seconds after he passed, I realized it was the first time I had given him a kiss since I was a little boy. 8.Today, in the cutest voice, my 8-year-old daughter asked me to start recycling. I chuckled and asked, "Why?" She replied, "So you can help me save the planet." I chuckled again and asked, "And why do you want to save the planet?" Because that's where I keep all my stuff," she said. 9.Today, when I witnessed a 27-year-old breast cancer patient laughing hysterically at her 2-year-old daughter's antics, I suddenly realized that I need to stop complaining about my life and start celebrating it again. 10.Today, a boy in a wheelchair saw me desperately struggling on crutches with my broken leg and offered to carry my backpack and books for me. He helped me all the way across campus to my class and as he was leaving he said, "I hope you feel better soon." 11.Today, I was feeling down because the results of a biopsy came back malignant. When I got home, I opened an e-mail that said, "Thinking of you today. If you need me, I'm a phone call away." It was from a high school friend I hadn't seen in 10 years. 12.Today, I was traveling in Kenya and I met a refugee from Zimbabwe . He said he hadn't eaten anything in over 3 days and looked extremely skinny and unhealthy. Then my friend offered him the rest of the sandwich he was eating. The first thing the man said was, "We can share it." The best sermons are lived, not preached. The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the 'Peanuts' comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them. 1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world. 2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners. 3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant. 4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize. 5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress. How did you do? The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But when the applause dies ........Awards tarnish ........ Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners. Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one: 1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school. 2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time. 3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile. 4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special. 5.Think of five people you enjoy spending time with. Easier? The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money ... or the most awards. They simply are the ones who care the most.... so keep tha close to your heart. Sadly, even after internet research I have not been able to find the author of this amazing philosophy.... but whomever wrote it, I want to share it with you.... to ponder on.... to allow your heart to be open and accept that we don’t have to have a wall or shelf full of accolades and honors to prove what a successful and loved person we are....... just look to your friends for that.... Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson A while ago I went to a concert where Toto & Michael McDonald were performing alongside each other. It was a glorious evening of listening to great music that I knew the words to (smile). But what was touching to me was that these artists obviously not only enjoyed what they did, but embraced working alongside each other. Toto being the opening band invited Michael McDonald to join them, then when it was the closing song, Michael McDonald had Toto come back out on stage. Michael introduced his band members with admiration, many, including Toto being close friends in the business for many years, which shone throughout the evenings performance. When he introduced Tommy Sims, one of the co-writers of the song Eric Clapton made famous, “Change The World” it lead into Michael McDonald reminding the audience, as human beings that we need to learn to live together as one, which got a roar from the crowd. This was followed by lead guitarist Steve Lukather, from Toto, giving an electrical rendition of Amazing Grace. As this electrical euphoria filled the auditorium where 5000 people were gathered together, I imagined how each of us could individually change the world we live in with simple acts of kindness and acceptance. The Universal shift that is currently happening is about unconditional love. The vibration of benevolence would evoke a different perception in our world. We each need to take responsibility for the positive energy we can create in life. Whether that is acceptance of others and the faith they follow, or helping someone without any expectation of something in return. Imagine how our spiritual acts would evolve, based on only our purest intentions. I sense it would be the emergence of sincerity, kindness and acceptance living in total harmony within our world. So, what are you waiting for..... YOU CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!!!! Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson If I could grant one wish to you all, it would be to embrace the Vibrational Blessings that you get given every single day. Debbie A. Anderson Every day is Christmas when you have the kind of mind, That stores up all the goodness and the sweetness it can find When you don't need an occasion, to spread a bit of cheer, But just keep on a-giving, of yourself throughout the year. Every day is Christmas, with a gaily wrapped surprise, When you've learned to see the friendship in someone else's eyes. When you try a little harder, and complain a little less, Holding fast to all the fervor of the faith that you possess. Every day is Christmas, when you've found that you can be More concerned with words like 'you' and less with 'I' and 'me'. When it's fun to do a favor, and to lend a helping a hand, When being understood means less, than when you understand. Every day is Christmas, with a beauty deeply cast, When you find it doesn't matter, if you're first or if you're last When you can face your conscience, and be glad of who you are, Then every day is Christmas, for you'll have friends near and far. ~ Author Unknown Tomorrow is 888. August (8th month), 8th day, and 2015 = 8. So a very powerful combination!! It’s all about manifesting abundance and inviting in that vibrational flow of infinite amazement. The “biggy” on our side of the fence, that is our humanness, needs to be kept in check. Basically don’t let yourself be pulled in the direction of negativity if things don’t work out right first time. This powerful number is the vibration of keeping things in a down to earth practicality. For instance, don’t dream of owning a large yacht if you haven’t got the knowledge of sailing or are not good at sea. Dream yourself a dream of what you can and will utilize for your personal self. Manifesting with 888 is about the vibration of realism and usefulness. If your car is dying, then it is evident that you need a car that is reliable, inexpensive to run, safe etc. You can see where I am going with this. Keep it real for you. Of course I add my note of caution to your wishing. With every dream comes responsibility and taking ownership for our actions. So, as it is said, be careful what you dream for… because you may get it! Dreaming or wishing is the combination of our thoughts and actions that create the balance in our physical soul being, and so it is thus in our spiritual world. The two are in tandem with each other. You only have to look at the figure 8 to realize there is no beginning and no end. It just keeps looping around and around, in infinity. The universal flow which is the synergy of harmony vibrating within our inner and outer world, like us they are connected. Like any time in our lives, we have the potential to draw upon our angels, guides and helpers. So if you are not truly positive about what you want, ask them for guidance. They seem to know, and they will let us know in no uncertain terms because they want us to live our life to its full potential. That is why they are there – for us! When we reach out to the Universe, we are vibrationally supported – so reach out and tap into your 888 abundance!! Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson When I count my blessings I count them twice and for that I am vibrationally blessed. For many, the ability to count blessings isn’t always that easy. Here is the story of just one boy, who was blessed in a way that later vibrationally made our world wonderful. I am quite sure by the end of this blog you will recognize him. Vibrational Sharing Debbie A Anderson Written by others: A Grandson of slaves, a boy was born in a poor neighborhood of New Orleans known as the "Back of Town." His father abandoned the family when the child was an infant, His mother became a prostitute and the boy and his sister had to live with their grandmother. Early in life he proved to be gifted for music and with three other kids he sang in the streets of New Orleans. His first gains were the coins that were thrown to them. A Jewish family, Karnofsky, who had immigrated from Lithuania to the USA had pity for the 7-year-old boy and brought him into their home. Initially given 'work' in the house, to feed this hungry child. There he remained and slept in this Jewish families home where, for the first time in his life he was treated with kindness and tenderness. When he went to bed, Mrs. Karnovsky sang him a Russian Lullaby that he would sing with her. Later, he learned to sing and play several Russian and Jewish songs. Over time, this boy became the adopted son of this family. The Karnofsky’s gave him money to buy his first musical instrument; as was the custom in the Jewish families. They sincerely admired his musical talent. Later, when he became a professional musician and composer, he used these Jewish melodies in compositions, such as St. James Infirmary and Go Down Moses. The little black boy grew up and wrote a book about this Jewish family who had adopted him in 1907. In memory of this family and until the end of his life, he wore a star of David and said that in this family he had learned "how to live real life and determination." You might recognize him… This little boy was Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong (August 4, 1901 – July 6, 1971). As the song goes… “……….what a wonderful world…..”. On the first day, God created the dog and said, "Sit all day by the door of your house and bark at anyone who comes in or walks past. For this, I will give you a life span of twenty years." The dog said, "That's a long time to be barking. How about only ten years and I'll give you back the other ten?" And God saw it was good. On the second day, God created the monkey and said, "Entertain people, do tricks, and make them laugh. For this, I'll give you a twenty-year life span." The monkey said, "Monkey tricks for twenty years? That's a pretty long time to perform. How about I give you back ten like the dog did?" And God, again saw it was good. On the third day, God created the cow and said,"You must go into the field with the farmer all day long and suffer under the sun, have calves and give milk to support the farmer's family. For this, I will give you a life span of sixty years." The cow said, "That's kind of a tough life you want me to live for sixty years. How about twenty and I'll give back the other forty?" And God agreed it was good. On the fourth day, God created humans and said, "Eat, sleep, play, marry and enjoy your life. For this, I'll give you twenty years." But the human said, "Only twenty years? Could you possibly give me my twenty, the forty the cow gave back, the ten the monkey gave back and the ten the dog gave back; that makes eighty, okay?" "Okay," said God, "You asked for it." So that is why for our first twenty years, we eat, sleep, play and enjoy ourselves. For the next forty years, we slave in the sun to support our family. For the next ten years, we do monkey tricks to entertain the grandchildren. And for the last ten years, we sit on the front porch and bark at everyone. Life has now been explained to you! Author Unknown This was such a beautiful analogy and a bit of fun, so I hope you enjoyed it!! Vibrational sharing, Debbie A. Anderson The secret to being rich lies in remembering that friendships are priceless, time is invaluable, health is wealth, and love is a treasure. Create a nest egg of beautiful memories that you can dip into from time to time to ease any sorrows. Have the kind of remembrances that raise you up with their worth and keep you there with their wonder. Always have a supply of hopes on hand to help you plan your tomorrows. Remember that when you invest in your dreams, it is impossible to overpay. Give away smiles, and watch them come back to you a hundred times over. Stuff your pockets with kindness and optimism; there is nothing more precious in the world. I'm sharing this advice with you today because you are a treasured piece in the puzzle of my life. ~Author Unknown I know I am rich on every level because of the blessings I receive every single moment of every single day, so thanked you for being in my life!
