This is a wonderful, so I want to share it... I apologize for not giving credit to the author, but thank them for being so wise...... enjoy..... Why do I have a variety of friends who are all so different in character? How is it possible that I can get along with them all? I think that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me. With one of them I am polite. With another I joke, with another I can be a bit naughty... I can sit down and talk about serious matters with one. With another I laugh a lot. I listen to one friend's problems. Then I listen to another one's advice for me. My friends are like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. When completed, they form a treasure box. A treasure of friends! They are my friends who understand me better than I understand myself. They're friends who support me through good days and bad. Real Age doctors tell us that friends are good for our health. Dr. Oz calls them Vitamin F (for Friends) and counts the benefits of friends as essential to our well being. Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes. If you enjoy Vitamin F constantly you can be up to 30 years younger than your real age. The warmth of friendship stops stress and even in your most intense moments, it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%. I'm so happy that I have a stock of Vitamin F! In summary, we should value our friends and keep in touch with them. We should try to see the funny side of things and laugh together and pray for each other in the tough moments. SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE FRIENDS ON LINE. I KNOW I AM PART OF THEIRS BECAUSE THEIR NAMES APPEAR ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN OFTEN AND I FEEL BLESSED THAT THEY CARE AS MUCH FOR ME AS I CARE FOR THEM. THANK YOU FOR BEING ONE OF MY VITAMINS! THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING ABOUT FRIENDSHIP IS THAT WE CAN GROW SEPARATELY WITHOUT GROWING APART. And by the way, this applies to family too...... so have a vibrational day enjoying your dose of Vitamin F!!! Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the 'Peanuts' comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them. 1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world. 2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners. 3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant. 4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize. 5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress. How did you do? The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But when the applause dies ........Awards tarnish ........ Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners. Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one: 1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school. 2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time. 3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile. 4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special. 5.Think of five people you enjoy spending time with. Easier? The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money ... or the most awards. They simply are the ones who care the most.... so keep tha close to your heart. Sadly, even after internet research I have not been able to find the author of this amazing philosophy.... but whomever wrote it, I want to share it with you.... to ponder on.... to allow your heart to be open and accept that we don’t have to have a wall or shelf full of accolades and honors to prove what a successful and loved person we are....... just look to your friends for that.... Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson Today, I want to share some wonderful thoughts about living life vibrationally. There is no one author who has created this list, but many. Over the years I have read and shared profound and wonderful words within our world, so although I state author unknown, I hope you embrace and enjoy them. Vibrational Sharing Debbie 1. Author unknown A little girl went to her bedroom and pulled a glass jelly jar from its hiding place in the closet. She poured the change out on the floor and counted it carefully. Three times, even. The total had to be exactly perfect. No chance here for mistakes. Carefully placing the coins back in the jar and twisting on the cap, she slipped out the back door and made her way 6 blocks to the Drug Store with the big red Indian Chief sign above the door. She waited patiently for the pharmacist to give her some attention, but he was too busy at this moment. Tess twisted her feet to make a scuffing noise. Nothing. She cleared her throat with the most disgusting sound she could muster. No good. Finally she took a quarter from her jar and banged it on the glass counter. That did it! 'And what do you want?' the pharmacist asked in an annoyed tone of voice. I'm talking to my brother from Chicago whom I haven't seen in ages,' he said without waiting for a reply to his question. 'Well, I want to talk to you about my brother,' Tess answered back in the same annoyed tone. 'He's really, really sick....and I want to buy a miracle.' 'I beg your pardon?' said the pharmacist. 'His name is Andrew and he has something bad growing inside his head and my Daddy says only a miracle can save him now. So how much does a miracle cost?' 'We don't sell miracles here, little girl. I'm sorry but I can't help you,' the pharmacist said, softening a little. 'Listen, I have the money to pay for it. If it isn't enough, I will get the rest. Just tell me how much it costs.' The pharmacist's brother was a well-dressed man. He stooped down and asked the little girl, 'What kind of a miracle does your brother need?' 'I don't know,' Tess replied with her eyes welling up 'I just know he's really sick and Mommy says he needs an operation. But my Daddy can't pay for it, so I want to use my money.' 'How much do you have?' asked the man from Chicago. 'One dollar and eleven cents,' Tess answered barely audible. 'And it's all the money I have, but I can get some more if I need to.' 'Well, what a coincidence,' smiled the man. 'A dollar and eleven cents---the exact price of a miracle for little brothers.' He took her money in one hand and with the other hand he grasped her mitten and said 'Take me to where you live. I want to see your brother and meet your parents. Let's see if I have the miracle you need.' That well-dressed man was a surgeon, specializing in neuro-surgery. The operation was completed free of charge and it wasn't long until Andrew was home again and doing well. Mom and Dad were happily talking about the chain of events that had led them to this place. 'That surgery,' her Mom whispered. 'was a real miracle. I wonder how much it would have cost?' Tess smiled. She knew exactly how much a miracle cost...one dollar and eleven cents...plus the faith of a little child. In our lives, we never know how many miracles we will need. A miracle is not the suspension of natural law, but the operation of a higher law. Anon NB Whether this story is true or just an amazing writer sharing the gift of miracles it doesn’t matter. What does is that you read it, and now will go out into the world and create and share your own miracles. Debbie A. Anderson Here are two stories, about two very different men, or are they? I will let you decide, but only after you read both stories. One lead a life filled with crime, the other was a hero. What we should take from these stories is that sometimes life gives us a second chance, the opportunity to make a vibrational difference. Vibrational Sharing, Debbie A. Anderson STORY NUMBER ONE Many years ago, Al Capone virtually owned Chicago. Capone wasn't famous for anything heroic. He was notorious for enmeshing the windy city in everything from bootlegged booze and prostitution to murder. Capone had a lawyer nicknamed "Easy Eddie." He was Capone's lawyer for a good reason. Eddie was very good! In fact, Eddie's skill at legal maneuvering kept Big Al out of jail for a long time. To show his appreciation, Capone paid him very well. Not only was the money big, but Eddie got special dividends, as well. For instance, he and his family occupied a fenced-in mansion with live-in help and all of the conveniences of the day. The estate was so large that it filled an entire Chicago City block. Eddie lived the high life of the Chicago mob and gave little consideration to the atrocity that went on around him. Eddie did have one soft spot, however. He had a son that he loved dearly. Eddie saw to it that his young son had clothes, cars, and a good education. Nothing was withheld. Price was no object. And, despite his involvement with organized crime, Eddie even tried to teach him right from wrong. Eddie wanted his son to be a better man than he was. Yet, with all his wealth and influence, there were two things he couldn't give his son; he couldn't pass on a good name or a good example. One day, Easy Eddie reached a difficult decision. Easy Eddie wanted to rectify wrongs he had done. He decided he would go to the authorities and tell the truth about Al "Scarface" Capone, clean up his tarnished name, and offer his son some semblance of integrity. To do this, he would have to testify against The Mob, and he knew that the cost would be great. So, he testified. Within the year, Easy Eddie's life ended in a blaze of gunfire on a lonely Chicago Street. But in his eyes, he had given his son the greatest gift he had to offer, at the greatest price he could ever pay. Police removed from his pockets a rosary, a crucifix, a religious medallion, and a poem clipped from a magazine. The poem reads: "The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop, at late or early hour. Now is the only time you own….. Live, love, toil with a will. Place no faith in time. For the clock may soon be still." STORY NUMBER TWO World War II produced many heroes. One such man was Lieutenant Commander Butch O'Hare. He was a fighter pilot assigned to the aircraft carrier Lexington in the South Pacific. One day his entire squadron was sent on a mission. After he was airborne, he looked at his fuel gauge and realized that someone had forgotten to top off his fuel tank. He would not have enough fuel to complete his mission and get back to his ship. His flight leader told him to return to the carrier. Reluctantly, he dropped out of formation and headed back to the fleet. As he was returning to the mother ship, he saw something that turned his blood cold; a squadron of Japanese aircraft was speeding its way toward the American fleet. The American fighters were gone on a sortie, and the fleet was all but defenseless. He couldn't reach his squadron and bring them back in time to save the fleet. Nor could he warn the fleet of the approaching danger. There was only one thing to do. He must somehow divert them from the fleet. Laying aside all thoughts of personal safety, he dove into the formation of Japanese planes. Wing-mounted 50 caliber's blazed as he charged in, attacking one surprised enemy plane and then another. Butch wove in and out of the now broken formation and fired at as many planes as possible until all his ammunition was finally spent. Undaunted, he continued the assault. He dove at the planes, trying to clip a wing or tail in hopes of damaging as many enemy planes as possible, rendering them unfit to fly. Finally, the exasperated Japanese squadron took off in another direction. Deeply relieved, Butch O'Hare and his tattered fighter limped back to the carrier. Upon arrival, he reported in and related the event surrounding his return. The film from the gun-camera mounted on his plane told the tale. It showed the extent of Butch's daring attempt to protect his fleet. He had, in fact, destroyed five enemy aircraft This took place on February 20, 1942, and for that action Butch became the Navy's first Ace of W.W.II, and the first Naval Aviator to win the Medal of Honor. A year later Butch was killed in aerial combat at the age of 29. His home town would not allow the memory of this WW II hero to fade, and today, O'Hare Airport in Chicago is named in tribute to the courage of this great man. So, the next time you find yourself at O'Hare International, give some thought to visiting Butch's memorial displaying his statue and his Medal of Honor. It's located between Terminals 1 and 2. SO WHAT DO THESE TWO STORIES HAVE TO DO WITH EACH OTHER? Butch O'Hare was "Easy Eddie's" son. While re-visiting some of my past writing, I came across a poem I had written in January 1989. Wow, that is 28 years ago! At the time I sensed the spiritual work I was doing was being judged as evil, so I wanted some guidance from the God within me. Acceptance of what I do was not as open and receptive as it is now, and being a sensitive I took on the hurt & ignorance that was being thrown at me. Although our world is more enlightened today, I do still encounter fear of my spiritual work, as I am sure many of you do too. Maybe my words resonate with you, or you have your own. Either way, never fear what is within you spiritually, because eventually we all find our own way. It's all about your intention! I came across this quote from the Bible, which I feel says it all. “For God gave us a spirit not of fear, but of power and love and self control.” (Timothy 1:7) Vibrational Sharing, Debbie A. Anderson Sometimes the path I tread is hard & makes me want to cry, Feeling like a door slamming shut, and I wonder why No one said life was easy, and I don’t want it that way. But now I wonder what I did wrong, as I sit and pray. If you can hear me dear God above My heart is filled with your sweet love. I try to do your work so well But teach me right so I can excel. I need to learn, but please show me how Because the world needs LOVE, yours right now! The silence around me seemed far too great I wondered how long I should sit and wait. But no host of angels or music sweet Just a tingling through my body down to my feet. A voice deep from within me, a sense I cried Foolish girl, not only for you that he died. God’s busy now, so he’s sent me through To help YOU see what YOU need to do. I’m just a helper, a guide you might say To help you question and to find your way. How do you learn, so you can teach? Just sit here and listen, I will not preach. Sometimes when you feel you’ve lost your way Accept the life’s lessons you learn each day. Experience comes as you change & grow Always keeping you in the Universal flow. To everyone, My Vibrational prayer for you all is …. have no regrets, take chances, live a life that's full, you love, laugh & cry, once in a while bite off more than you can chew, and finally....much more than this....is I hope in life you do it your way!! Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson My Way…. And now, the end is near; And so I face the final curtain. My friend, I'll say it clear, I'll state my case, of which I'm certain. I've lived a life that's full. I've traveled each and ev'ry highway; And more, much more than this, I did it my way. Regrets, I've had a few; But then again, too few to mention. I did what I had to do And saw it through without exemption. I planned each charted course; Each careful step along the byway, And more, much more than this, I did it my way. Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew When I bit off more than I could chew. But through it all, when there was doubt, I ate it up and spit it out. I faced it all and I stood tall; And did it my way. I've loved, I've laughed and cried. I've had my fill; my share of losing. And now, as tears subside, I find it all so amusing. To think I did all that; And may I say - not in a shy way, "Oh no, oh no not me, I did it my way". For what is a man, what has he got? If not himself, then he has naught. To say the things he truly feels; And not the words of one who kneels. The record shows I took the blows - And did it my way! Yes, it was my way!!! Tribute to Frank Sinantra by Andre Rieu (Holland) & his orchestra choir with My Way on his (Stradivarius) violin. Radio City Music Hall New York July 29, 2006. I was invited to submit a channeled message to Sedona Journal of Emergence for their Annual Predictions 2015 & Beyond issue. I am blessed to announce I am one of 76 authors published in this issue, you can find me on page 26. Here is what was channeled to me on September 23, 2014 by the group I work with known as “The Centre of A”. I hope it helps you on your vibrational journey. Debbie A. Anderson As you move forward into 2015, the simplicity of the vibrational camaraderie of humanity is love. Never thinking ill of another, because a thought should be used wisely. Love and peace is given to ALL, in the hope that one day you shall live as one, regardless of beliefs or thoughts. Not to judge by creed or colour, whether you are of man, woman or child. Stop placing values on whether you are rich or poor because this is NOT important to the spiritual body. Take the responsibility of caring for your brothers and sisters whether they are close by you or oceans away. Don’t allow hatred or greed to feed upon your living soul, because this only builds a wall around you. Perceive others from the inside, because that is all you should really see. Always give comfort and encouragement to everyone. Stop yourself before you hurt others, even if they have done so to you it doesn’t make it right. Instead, step away from the negative and send out thoughts of light and vibrational healing. Remember to allow everyone the right to find enlightenment on whatever pathway they so choose. This story we share because we want you, as a child of the Universal light, to expand your knowledge. Once upon a time an enlightened being sat with the children to share the story about being different yet the same. Their faces lit with eagerness to hear of such completeness. When the knowledge had been shared a small voice asked “but why am I a different colour to my friends?” The teacher replied “think of each of you being a parcel covered in paper – if you cannot see or know what is inside, do you throw it away. Or do you peel back the layers to reveal what is within? Do not be deterred by what is on the surface, it is your divine right to always take a moment to look inside. Each one of you are special, and if you look very closely you will see that you are all created from a different mould. Each of you fashioned for a specific purpose for this life on earth. If everyone was the same, then our Universe would not have had the challenge in creating you…. and you would not have been given the opportunity to find yourself. It is about total completeness and unity, because whatever your beliefs, you are all part of the same Universe and are loved eternally. This journey, as always, has been about you as an individual spiritual human being. As you overcome each element that you choose to experience on earth you move on to the next and so on. As you measure in minutes, hours, days, weeks, years, we do not. We only measure the vibration of what has happened in that moment, not in the past or the future because neither exist at that time. As you emerge into 2015, as a year of many years, but one of significant importance to your world. You will start to understand being and seeing the vibrational changes around you, including yourself. If you are still caught up in the bitterness or pain, then you need to break free and be your own spiritual being on a cellular level. If you let yourself remove this barrier from your human existence then you will begin to understand what we have been sharing with you in the time that is NOW. The year 2015 is about being YOU in balance with your fellow being, and also being the stone that drops into the still waters and creates the simple ripples that go out and touch everything around you. If you are of anger then this triggers something that will grow and manifest in you and others. If you are at peace the same happens but the transformation is rippled back to you again and again. If you are in the being of NOW and doing what you are meant to do, then there is nothing that needs to change. If you are encased in the layers of you that you have not yet released, you will continue to be held by your own self rather than any universal changes that always occur in your world. The victim will always be the victim if they don’t climb out of that shell and become the butterfly who is free to fly away. The life you chose at the time of your birth was one that you felt you needed to experience. Once the experience has been achieved then you are free to move onto the next one and so on. Each life is not made up of just one lesson to be learned or acknowledged. It is of many - those you chose, those you decided upon. But always in the energy of love and peace. Once you realize this, you will be able to move forward in the vibration of your learning. If you continue to keep yourself in the loop of pain and agony, it is only you who can change it. It is not our intention to create you suffering, it is our pleasure to have you embrace the vibrational joy of living a life full of everything you chose. This entry into 2015 is about being in a place where you can actually see and manifest what you want vibrationally. When did you last close your eyes and imagine something beautiful, something so imaginative that you felt it wasn’t real? The more you do this, the more your thoughts will reveal a magnificent path for you. If you are not open to the subtle messages or direction given to you, by your inner soul, then try to be. The more you do this the more it becomes a part of your everyday life, the one you are meant to live. The alignment of your spiritual body has always been with you and you are the one who can release it with freedom and bliss. The vibration of change is like a breath of nature’s cool air blowing onto your face. If you choose to resist it then all you sense is discomfort rather than a gentle breeze cooling you down on a warm summer’s day. As we enter this, the Acacian Age, it is about you and your journey as it unfolds. Being a part of your world rather than your world being a part of you. The more you connect to your own stillness, the more you sense the waves of vibration connecting you to your higher self so you can shift with ease and wonder. This passage is one of the most amazing times for you, so treasure it and be open to the transformations that are surrounding you and your fellow humankind. We have spoken in the past of the refinements that will make you sensitive and compassionate. Now they are here, and you are all part of this. We know you are perceptive in the wisdom to accept this new wave of direction with the knowledge that we, as always, are here to guide you. I have been asked by a few of you if I could pull a card for the week from the newly released Vibrational Earth Children Deck. Although I cannot promise to do this EVERY week, I will do it when I can, promise! This deck, which launched late November 2014 is already being embraced by parents, teachers and educators as a great tool to use to get children to open up and just play. It is non-denominational and all inclusive so it is perfect for working with children from 8 years and upwards…although I have been told many younger children are having fun with it. One element which I had not envisioned, but then again what do I know (smile), is that more and more adults are using this deck to work on inner child matters. This is great news! Any tool that can help us work on ourselves is vibrational. The card for this week is Guiding Star Look up into the night sky and what do you see? Hopefully lots of twinkling stars shining back at you. Do you know its takes around 3,000 light years for the light of those stars to shine for you in the night sky? The universe is full of wonderful and great things, just like you. So don’t be concerned if you don’t immediately see what you are looking for. Choose your guiding star, look at it and imagine what it is directing you to do. Vibrational Earth Children are open to seeing what is not always right in front of them. I think this says it all. Sometimes we just have to be open – this means our heart, mind and eyes! Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson "The Paradoxical Commandments" People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway. The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway. The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway. People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway. People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway. Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. "The Paradoxical Commandments" were written by Kent M. Keith when he was 19 and a sophomore at Harvard College. He wrote them as part of a book for student leaders entitled The Silent Revolution: Dynamic Leadership in the Student Council, published by Harvard Student Agencies in 1968. Kent’s “Commandments” subsequently spread around the world and have been used by millions of people. The discovery that changed his life was that Mother Teresa had put the Paradoxical Commandments on the wall of her children’s home in Calcutta. Never under estimate the power of your words and what they may mean to others. Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson |
