When life throws us a curve ball or two, it can affect our vibration in so many ways. This week’s reading offered a resounding message from Spirit - Keep Calm and Carry On. And for those of you who know that particular saying and the things that are happening in our world at the moment, should find it a very apt mantra to keep saying over and over again. In our humanness, and yes that is a big part of who we are, our spiritual essence struggles, with everything .......the good, the bad and the ugly. But the disappointments, some may call frustrations, can really soak into our soul and try to break us down. I personally have been going through a skirmish, and like many of you conclude that maybe it was placed before me as a reminder that life is full of imperfections and bumps along the way. Maybe this is another test of my faith, my belief and honoring the energy frequency that I work and live in on a daily basis? We usually have more questions than answers, but this is when we need to have our heart open to hearing, seeing and sensing the answers. When we receive messages from our angelic guides and helpers, which we do get all the time, it is being receptive and sensitive and listening to what our heart is telling us. My recent experience happened when I was out walking a couple of days ago. I was in deep contemplation about things happening in my life and asking spirit to help enlighten me to get some direction or at least to understand what was happening and if it was coming to an end sometime sooner rather than later . I was mulling over possibilities in my mind, as we do in our humanness. I am a true believer that out of something bad always comes something good. And sometimes we need to go through this to embrace this aspect more. So what was I missing? There had to be something I was missing in this chaotic scenario. Maybe it needed to occur based on the relationship of cause and effect. All the time, like all of us, I was waiting for a sign.... confirmation or just something to help me keep focused. You know what I mean... should I keep going or change direction, or maybe give up on this latest adventure. As a child I was told that everything comes to those who wait, and although my predicament wasn’t life threatening, it was extremely frustrating, consuming my energy beyond redemption because my human energy had stepped into it. I continued walking along enjoying the day, in deep meditative connection with Mother Nature. I needed this time, to keep myself centred not letting this overwhelming feeling in my gut control my vibrational frequency. And there it was on the pathway, right in front of me... a grey & black feather. I knew it was for me because I had walked this same part of the path less than an hour earlier and it was there. So I picked it up and thanked spirit for giving me this beautiful and significant sign that I was being protected by my angels. This feather was a sign bringing forth spiritual wisdom and peace within, letting me know that a message will be sent with the answer to the question you have asked. Thank you, thank you, thank you I cried from within. But spirit wanted me to really know that they were there for me because holding my feather as I walked, a tiny black butterfly flew up and almost landed on my nose. So I knew there was going to be a shift in power relating to what I had been asking. When I gave thanks, I could feel tears filling my eyes. I felt a peace resonating within my heart, and I knew that even though at this exact moment I couldn’t see the wood for the trees, a positive change would be occurring soon. I slept more peacefully that night and awoke the next morning to the wind creating angelic music through the venting in my condo. Not a sound had I heard like it ever before in the three years living there. As I listened, again this overwhelming feeling of tranquility filled my soul frequency, my vibration felt like it could let go of the thoughts, the questions, the concerns because spirit now had this in hand and were working on it. Would the shift take place relating to what I was asking? I truly didn’t know, but within my heart chakra was a sense of calmness, stillness had filled my whole spiritual and physical body. In my serenity there was once again stillness and tranquility knowing that this was in the hands of the divine Universal force we call God...... Jesus..... Buddha..... Allah. Whatever name you pray or meditate to doesn’t matter, because our prayers are always answered. We just have to take the time to listen and keep believing. Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A year ago I went to a concert where Toto & Michael McDonald were performing alongside each other. It was a glorious evening of listening to great music that I knew the words to (smile). But what was touching to me was that these artists obviously not only enjoyed what they did, but embraced working alongside each other. Toto being the opening band, invited Michael McDonald to join them, then the closing song, Michael McDonald had Toto come back out on stage. Michael introduced his band members with admiration, many, including Toto being close friends in the business for many years, which shone throughout the evenings performance. When he introduced Tommy Sims, one of the co-writers of the song Eric Clapton made famous, “Change The World” it lead into Michael McDonald reminding the audience, as human beings that we need to learn to live together as one, which got a roar from the crowd. This was followed by lead guitarist Steve Lukather, from Toto, giving an electrical rendition of Amazing Grace. As this electrical euphoria filled the auditorium where 5,000 people were gathered together, I imagined how each of us could individually change the world we live in with simple acts of kindness and acceptance. The Universal shift that is currently happening is about unconditional love. The vibration of benevolence would evoke a different perception in our world. We each need to take responsibility for the positive energy we can create in life. Whether that is acceptance of others and the faith they follow, or helping someone without any expectation of something in return. Imagine how our spiritual acts would evolve, based on only our purest intentions. I sense it would be the emergence of sincerity, kindness and acceptance living in total harmony within our world. If you get a moment listen to “Change the World” https://youtu.be/kntzQiaFzOQ Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson This time spiritually and universally is a moment in our lives for facing inner fears... and letting them go for good!!! PERIOD LOL It is about stepping into our power, which doesn't translate to controlling others, but being aware that when others are around us, we don't have to take on their shifts (smile). The world is sadly, full of controllers - and we can identify with them very easily... they can be every day people, like ourselves and yes, world leaders and those in power. They have their own fears, so translate that to taking control of others so they can themselves feel stronger, more powerful. If you can get to the library and rent the Celestine Prophecy*, do it and watch it. Here is the trailer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUdDvrAFI1k We watched this movie many years ago when it first came out, but I borrowed it again from the library about a year ago. As I watched it, I connected to many essences of what is going on in and around us all at the moment (smile). It may help you to understand, even accept, but definitely NOT take on their fears, their anger, their pain. Always push out love, light and forgiveness because that is the only way we can be free ourselves (smile). Vibrational Blessings Debbie A. Anderson *Celestine Prophecy written by James Redfield. This is a wonderful, so I want to share it... I apologize for not giving credit to the author, but thank them for being so wise...... enjoy..... Why do I have a variety of friends who are all so different in character? How is it possible that I can get along with them all? I think that each one helps to bring out a "different" part of me. With one of them I am polite. With another I joke, with another I can be a bit naughty... I can sit down and talk about serious matters with one. With another I laugh a lot. I listen to one friend's problems. Then I listen to another one's advice for me. My friends are like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle. When completed, they form a treasure box. A treasure of friends! They are my friends who understand me better than I understand myself. They're friends who support me through good days and bad. Real Age doctors tell us that friends are good for our health. Dr. Oz calls them Vitamin F (for Friends) and counts the benefits of friends as essential to our well being. Research shows that people in strong social circles have less risk of depression and terminal strokes. If you enjoy Vitamin F constantly you can be up to 30 years younger than your real age. The warmth of friendship stops stress and even in your most intense moments, it decreases the chance of a cardiac arrest or stroke by 50%. I'm so happy that I have a stock of Vitamin F! In summary, we should value our friends and keep in touch with them. We should try to see the funny side of things and laugh together and pray for each other in the tough moments. SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE FRIENDS ON LINE. I KNOW I AM PART OF THEIRS BECAUSE THEIR NAMES APPEAR ON MY COMPUTER SCREEN OFTEN AND I FEEL BLESSED THAT THEY CARE AS MUCH FOR ME AS I CARE FOR THEM. THANK YOU FOR BEING ONE OF MY VITAMINS! THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING ABOUT FRIENDSHIP IS THAT WE CAN GROW SEPARATELY WITHOUT GROWING APART. And by the way, this applies to family too...... so have a vibrational day enjoying your dose of Vitamin F!!! Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson The following is the philosophy of Charles Schulz, the creator of the 'Peanuts' comic strip. You don't have to actually answer the questions. Just ponder on them. 1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world. 2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners. 3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America pageant. 4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize. 5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress. How did you do? The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday. These are no second-rate achievers. They are the best in their fields. But when the applause dies ........Awards tarnish ........ Achievements are forgotten. Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners. Here's another quiz. See how you do on this one: 1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school. 2. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time. 3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile. 4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special. 5.Think of five people you enjoy spending time with. Easier? The lesson: The people who make a difference in your life are not the ones with the most credentials, the most money ... or the most awards. They simply are the ones who care the most.... so keep tha close to your heart. Sadly, even after internet research I have not been able to find the author of this amazing philosophy.... but whomever wrote it, I want to share it with you.... to ponder on.... to allow your heart to be open and accept that we don’t have to have a wall or shelf full of accolades and honors to prove what a successful and loved person we are....... just look to your friends for that.... Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson If I could grant one wish to you all, it would be to embrace the Vibrational Blessings that you get given every single day. Debbie A. Anderson Every day is Christmas when you have the kind of mind, That stores up all the goodness and the sweetness it can find When you don't need an occasion, to spread a bit of cheer, But just keep on a-giving, of yourself throughout the year. Every day is Christmas, with a gaily wrapped surprise, When you've learned to see the friendship in someone else's eyes. When you try a little harder, and complain a little less, Holding fast to all the fervor of the faith that you possess. Every day is Christmas, when you've found that you can be More concerned with words like 'you' and less with 'I' and 'me'. When it's fun to do a favor, and to lend a helping a hand, When being understood means less, than when you understand. Every day is Christmas, with a beauty deeply cast, When you find it doesn't matter, if you're first or if you're last When you can face your conscience, and be glad of who you are, Then every day is Christmas, for you'll have friends near and far. ~ Author Unknown When I count my blessings I count them twice and for that I am vibrationally blessed. For many, the ability to count blessings isn’t always that easy. Here is the story of just one boy, who was blessed in a way that later vibrationally made our world wonderful. I am quite sure by the end of this blog you will recognize him. Vibrational Sharing Debbie A Anderson Written by others: A Grandson of slaves, a boy was born in a poor neighborhood of New Orleans known as the "Back of Town." His father abandoned the family when the child was an infant, His mother became a prostitute and the boy and his sister had to live with their grandmother. Early in life he proved to be gifted for music and with three other kids he sang in the streets of New Orleans. His first gains were the coins that were thrown to them. A Jewish family, Karnofsky, who had immigrated from Lithuania to the USA had pity for the 7-year-old boy and brought him into their home. Initially given 'work' in the house, to feed this hungry child. There he remained and slept in this Jewish families home where, for the first time in his life he was treated with kindness and tenderness. When he went to bed, Mrs. Karnovsky sang him a Russian Lullaby that he would sing with her. Later, he learned to sing and play several Russian and Jewish songs. Over time, this boy became the adopted son of this family. The Karnofsky’s gave him money to buy his first musical instrument; as was the custom in the Jewish families. They sincerely admired his musical talent. Later, when he became a professional musician and composer, he used these Jewish melodies in compositions, such as St. James Infirmary and Go Down Moses. The little black boy grew up and wrote a book about this Jewish family who had adopted him in 1907. In memory of this family and until the end of his life, he wore a star of David and said that in this family he had learned "how to live real life and determination." You might recognize him… This little boy was Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong (August 4, 1901 – July 6, 1971). As the song goes… “……….what a wonderful world…..”. Here are two stories, about two very different men, or are they? I will let you decide, but only after you read both stories. One lead a life filled with crime, the other was a hero. What we should take from these stories is that sometimes life gives us a second chance, the opportunity to make a vibrational difference. Vibrational Sharing, Debbie A. Anderson STORY NUMBER ONE Many years ago, Al Capone virtually owned Chicago. Capone wasn't famous for anything heroic. He was notorious for enmeshing the windy city in everything from bootlegged booze and prostitution to murder. Capone had a lawyer nicknamed "Easy Eddie." He was Capone's lawyer for a good reason. Eddie was very good! In fact, Eddie's skill at legal maneuvering kept Big Al out of jail for a long time. To show his appreciation, Capone paid him very well. Not only was the money big, but Eddie got special dividends, as well. For instance, he and his family occupied a fenced-in mansion with live-in help and all of the conveniences of the day. The estate was so large that it filled an entire Chicago City block. Eddie lived the high life of the Chicago mob and gave little consideration to the atrocity that went on around him. Eddie did have one soft spot, however. He had a son that he loved dearly. Eddie saw to it that his young son had clothes, cars, and a good education. Nothing was withheld. Price was no object. And, despite his involvement with organized crime, Eddie even tried to teach him right from wrong. Eddie wanted his son to be a better man than he was. Yet, with all his wealth and influence, there were two things he couldn't give his son; he couldn't pass on a good name or a good example. One day, Easy Eddie reached a difficult decision. Easy Eddie wanted to rectify wrongs he had done. He decided he would go to the authorities and tell the truth about Al "Scarface" Capone, clean up his tarnished name, and offer his son some semblance of integrity. To do this, he would have to testify against The Mob, and he knew that the cost would be great. So, he testified. Within the year, Easy Eddie's life ended in a blaze of gunfire on a lonely Chicago Street. But in his eyes, he had given his son the greatest gift he had to offer, at the greatest price he could ever pay. Police removed from his pockets a rosary, a crucifix, a religious medallion, and a poem clipped from a magazine. The poem reads: "The clock of life is wound but once, and no man has the power to tell just when the hands will stop, at late or early hour. Now is the only time you own….. Live, love, toil with a will. Place no faith in time. For the clock may soon be still." STORY NUMBER TWO World War II produced many heroes. One such man was Lieutenant Commander Butch O'Hare. He was a fighter pilot assigned to the aircraft carrier Lexington in the South Pacific. One day his entire squadron was sent on a mission. After he was airborne, he looked at his fuel gauge and realized that someone had forgotten to top off his fuel tank. He would not have enough fuel to complete his mission and get back to his ship. His flight leader told him to return to the carrier. Reluctantly, he dropped out of formation and headed back to the fleet. As he was returning to the mother ship, he saw something that turned his blood cold; a squadron of Japanese aircraft was speeding its way toward the American fleet. The American fighters were gone on a sortie, and the fleet was all but defenseless. He couldn't reach his squadron and bring them back in time to save the fleet. Nor could he warn the fleet of the approaching danger. There was only one thing to do. He must somehow divert them from the fleet. Laying aside all thoughts of personal safety, he dove into the formation of Japanese planes. Wing-mounted 50 caliber's blazed as he charged in, attacking one surprised enemy plane and then another. Butch wove in and out of the now broken formation and fired at as many planes as possible until all his ammunition was finally spent. Undaunted, he continued the assault. He dove at the planes, trying to clip a wing or tail in hopes of damaging as many enemy planes as possible, rendering them unfit to fly. Finally, the exasperated Japanese squadron took off in another direction. Deeply relieved, Butch O'Hare and his tattered fighter limped back to the carrier. Upon arrival, he reported in and related the event surrounding his return. The film from the gun-camera mounted on his plane told the tale. It showed the extent of Butch's daring attempt to protect his fleet. He had, in fact, destroyed five enemy aircraft This took place on February 20, 1942, and for that action Butch became the Navy's first Ace of W.W.II, and the first Naval Aviator to win the Medal of Honor. A year later Butch was killed in aerial combat at the age of 29. His home town would not allow the memory of this WW II hero to fade, and today, O'Hare Airport in Chicago is named in tribute to the courage of this great man. So, the next time you find yourself at O'Hare International, give some thought to visiting Butch's memorial displaying his statue and his Medal of Honor. It's located between Terminals 1 and 2. SO WHAT DO THESE TWO STORIES HAVE TO DO WITH EACH OTHER? Butch O'Hare was "Easy Eddie's" son. I was invited to submit a channeled message to Sedona Journal of Emergence for their Annual Predictions 2015 & Beyond issue. I am blessed to announce I am one of 76 authors published in this issue, you can find me on page 26. Here is what was channeled to me on September 23, 2014 by the group I work with known as “The Centre of A”. I hope it helps you on your vibrational journey. Debbie A. Anderson As you move forward into 2015, the simplicity of the vibrational camaraderie of humanity is love. Never thinking ill of another, because a thought should be used wisely. Love and peace is given to ALL, in the hope that one day you shall live as one, regardless of beliefs or thoughts. Not to judge by creed or colour, whether you are of man, woman or child. Stop placing values on whether you are rich or poor because this is NOT important to the spiritual body. Take the responsibility of caring for your brothers and sisters whether they are close by you or oceans away. Don’t allow hatred or greed to feed upon your living soul, because this only builds a wall around you. Perceive others from the inside, because that is all you should really see. Always give comfort and encouragement to everyone. Stop yourself before you hurt others, even if they have done so to you it doesn’t make it right. Instead, step away from the negative and send out thoughts of light and vibrational healing. Remember to allow everyone the right to find enlightenment on whatever pathway they so choose. This story we share because we want you, as a child of the Universal light, to expand your knowledge. Once upon a time an enlightened being sat with the children to share the story about being different yet the same. Their faces lit with eagerness to hear of such completeness. When the knowledge had been shared a small voice asked “but why am I a different colour to my friends?” The teacher replied “think of each of you being a parcel covered in paper – if you cannot see or know what is inside, do you throw it away. Or do you peel back the layers to reveal what is within? Do not be deterred by what is on the surface, it is your divine right to always take a moment to look inside. Each one of you are special, and if you look very closely you will see that you are all created from a different mould. Each of you fashioned for a specific purpose for this life on earth. If everyone was the same, then our Universe would not have had the challenge in creating you…. and you would not have been given the opportunity to find yourself. It is about total completeness and unity, because whatever your beliefs, you are all part of the same Universe and are loved eternally. This journey, as always, has been about you as an individual spiritual human being. As you overcome each element that you choose to experience on earth you move on to the next and so on. As you measure in minutes, hours, days, weeks, years, we do not. We only measure the vibration of what has happened in that moment, not in the past or the future because neither exist at that time. As you emerge into 2015, as a year of many years, but one of significant importance to your world. You will start to understand being and seeing the vibrational changes around you, including yourself. If you are still caught up in the bitterness or pain, then you need to break free and be your own spiritual being on a cellular level. If you let yourself remove this barrier from your human existence then you will begin to understand what we have been sharing with you in the time that is NOW. The year 2015 is about being YOU in balance with your fellow being, and also being the stone that drops into the still waters and creates the simple ripples that go out and touch everything around you. If you are of anger then this triggers something that will grow and manifest in you and others. If you are at peace the same happens but the transformation is rippled back to you again and again. If you are in the being of NOW and doing what you are meant to do, then there is nothing that needs to change. If you are encased in the layers of you that you have not yet released, you will continue to be held by your own self rather than any universal changes that always occur in your world. The victim will always be the victim if they don’t climb out of that shell and become the butterfly who is free to fly away. The life you chose at the time of your birth was one that you felt you needed to experience. Once the experience has been achieved then you are free to move onto the next one and so on. Each life is not made up of just one lesson to be learned or acknowledged. It is of many - those you chose, those you decided upon. But always in the energy of love and peace. Once you realize this, you will be able to move forward in the vibration of your learning. If you continue to keep yourself in the loop of pain and agony, it is only you who can change it. It is not our intention to create you suffering, it is our pleasure to have you embrace the vibrational joy of living a life full of everything you chose. This entry into 2015 is about being in a place where you can actually see and manifest what you want vibrationally. When did you last close your eyes and imagine something beautiful, something so imaginative that you felt it wasn’t real? The more you do this, the more your thoughts will reveal a magnificent path for you. If you are not open to the subtle messages or direction given to you, by your inner soul, then try to be. The more you do this the more it becomes a part of your everyday life, the one you are meant to live. The alignment of your spiritual body has always been with you and you are the one who can release it with freedom and bliss. The vibration of change is like a breath of nature’s cool air blowing onto your face. If you choose to resist it then all you sense is discomfort rather than a gentle breeze cooling you down on a warm summer’s day. As we enter this, the Acacian Age, it is about you and your journey as it unfolds. Being a part of your world rather than your world being a part of you. The more you connect to your own stillness, the more you sense the waves of vibration connecting you to your higher self so you can shift with ease and wonder. This passage is one of the most amazing times for you, so treasure it and be open to the transformations that are surrounding you and your fellow humankind. We have spoken in the past of the refinements that will make you sensitive and compassionate. Now they are here, and you are all part of this. We know you are perceptive in the wisdom to accept this new wave of direction with the knowledge that we, as always, are here to guide you. "The Paradoxical Commandments" People are illogical, unreasonable, and self-centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you will win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway. The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway. The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway. People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway. People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway. Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. "The Paradoxical Commandments" were written by Kent M. Keith when he was 19 and a sophomore at Harvard College. He wrote them as part of a book for student leaders entitled The Silent Revolution: Dynamic Leadership in the Student Council, published by Harvard Student Agencies in 1968. Kent’s “Commandments” subsequently spread around the world and have been used by millions of people. The discovery that changed his life was that Mother Teresa had put the Paradoxical Commandments on the wall of her children’s home in Calcutta. Never under estimate the power of your words and what they may mean to others. Vibrational Blessings, Debbie A. Anderson |
